3. Advertising and Tracking

Our app uses the Apple Advertising Identifier (IDFA) and may integrate third-party SDKs such as Facebook Ads to deliver personalized ads and measure campaign performance. This may involve tracking user interactions across apps and websites.

Users can control or revoke ad tracking permission at any time through their device settings under Settings → Privacy → Tracking.

4. Face and Biometric Data

Our app does not collect, store, or retain any biometric or face data. While users may upload images that include faces, these are processed solely for image generation and are not analyzed or used for identification or recognition.

5. Image Data Processing and Retention

• User photos are sent to Google’s Gemini Nano Banana model for image generation.
• These images are processed only for the requested task and are not retained by Google or any third party.
• The resulting generated images are stored securely on our servers so users can view or download them.
• Users can delete their stored generated images at any time through the app interface or by contacting us.

6. Sharing of Information

• We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties.
• Third-party partners like Facebook Ads may collect and use identifiers (e.g., IDFA) to display relevant ads.
• Google Gemini only processes image data transiently and does not store or reuse it.

7. Data Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect all personal and image data against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or misuse.

8. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal or image data by contacting us directly. We respond to all verified requests in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

11. Data Deletion Requests

Users can request deletion of all personal and image data associated with their account at any time. To do so:

• Use the “Delete Data” option available in the app settings, which permanently removes your data from our servers.
• Or send an email to contact@ecomparis.org with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.

All verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days and cannot be undone once completed.
