This Privacy Policy explains how ECOM-PARIS LLC ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your personal information when you use Levio or related services.

1. Information We Collect

• Usage data (app interactions, alarm usage patterns).
• Anonymous account information (Firebase anonymous auth).
• Alarm and session data stored in your Firestore profile.
• The Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), collected only if you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.
• Attribution and advertising data, such as ad-click information, install events, and campaign performance metrics, collected only with your consent.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve alarm, mission, and analytics features.
• To respond to user inquiries and customer support requests.
• To send essential updates and comply with legal obligations.
• To measure the performance of our advertising campaigns and attribute app installs to the campaigns that drove them.

3. Camera, Biometric and Sensor Data

Levio uses your device camera and motion sensors to detect mission completion (e.g., counting exercise repetitions via pose detection, detecting phone shakes). This data is processed transiently on-device and is never stored, uploaded, or retained.

We do not collect, store, or retain any biometric or face data. While the camera may capture images during exercise missions, these frames are processed solely for real-time rep counting and are immediately discarded. No images or biometric identifiers are saved or transmitted.

4. AI-Processed Data

• Certain features may use Google Gemini for processing (e.g., photo verification missions).
• Images sent to Gemini are processed only for the requested task and are not retained by Google or any third party.
• No biometric data is extracted or stored during AI processing.

5. Advertising, Attribution & Tracking

We measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. To do this, we use a Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP), Branch.io, together with your device's advertising identifier (IDFA), and we share certain data with advertising platforms such as TikTok so they can measure and improve the performance of ads shown to you.

Under Apple's definition, this activity constitutes "tracking," because data collected through our app about your device is linked with data from third-party properties for advertising measurement purposes.

On iOS, we will only access your IDFA and share it for these purposes if you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you decline, we will not use your IDFA for advertising measurement, and our advertising partners will not receive it. You can change this choice at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your device.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share data only as described below:

• Advertising and attribution partners — When you consent through the ATT prompt, we share your advertising identifier (IDFA) and related attribution data with Branch.io and advertising platforms such as TikTok, solely to measure and improve advertising campaign performance.
• Service providers — We use Google Firebase and Firestore to operate core app functionality (authentication and data storage).
• AI processing — Google Gemini processes data transiently for specific features and does not store or reuse it.
• Legal requirements — We may disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.

7. Third-Party Services

The following third parties may process data through their SDKs or services integrated into Levio. Each operates under its own privacy policy:

• Google (Firebase, Firestore, Gemini)
• Branch.io (Mobile Measurement Partner / attribution)
• TikTok (advertising campaign measurement)
• Apple (App Tracking Transparency, advertising identifier)

8. Data Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect all personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or misuse.

9. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us directly. We respond to all verified requests in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to object to or opt out of the sharing of your data for advertising purposes. You can exercise your tracking choice at any time through the App Tracking Transparency setting described in Section 5.

10. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any revisions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

12. Data Deletion Requests

Users can request deletion of all personal data associated with their account at any time. To do so:

• Send an email to contact@ecomparis.org with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.

All verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days and cannot be undone once completed.
